For certain procedures that require extended doctor time or specialized resources, the Clinic may request an advance payment or deposit representing a percentage of the total treatment cost in order to reserve the doctor's time.

c) Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice
  • Once an appointment is confirmed, failure to attend ("no-show") may result in forfeiture of the deposit or advance payment
  • Late cancellations may also result in loss of the deposit, at the Clinic's discretion

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, deposits, and advance payments
  • Full or partial payment may be required prior to or during treatment
